Planning & data · prepared by 9xNine for Soro Futbol Academy

The content production backlog, scored and prioritized.

Every planned asset as one weighted-scored queue, across all six pillars — the operational heart the calendar, pages, and social all pull from. Tune the weights and the per-row scores; Priority Score and Tier recompute live, exactly as they would in the companion spreadsheet.

Prepared by 9xNine · 10 items (mirrors the Blueprint launch backlog + one item per remaining pillar) · Scoring model below is tunable

Priority = (Lead/Booking Value × w) + (Demand × w) + ((6−Difficulty) × w) + (Strategic Fit × w) + ((6−Effort) × w). All inputs on a 1–5 scale. Edit any score cell to recompute. Validated default weights shown.

Tier 1 — top priority (≥ 3.8) Tier 2 — next up (≥ 3.2) Tier 3 — backlog (< 3.2)

ID scheme: SORO-01 … SORO-10 — stable IDs that pillar pages, emails, and social posts cite when they reference a backlog item; the Opportunity Audit's fixes reference these same IDs. "Core — Gateway": SORO-01 and SORO-02 aren't tied to a content pillar — they're the Gateway page itself and the follow-up emails behind it, the one place every pillar's content ultimately points a parent toward. Scope: this is the launch-and-scale slice (10 items, one per pillar minimum) matching the Blueprint; the full Strategy-Only system expands it further with dated production. Test? flags items carrying a creative bet; the fully-labeled experiments (hypothesis + metric + effort) live on the sample landing page and the social & email mockups.
