A high-level look at the opportunity, the plan, and the numbers — the five-minute version. The full detail lives in the Blueprint and the rest of the package; this deck is meant to be walked through together, not read cold.

Real training day, Soro Futbol Academy
A real Instagram audience, a library of training video, and a coaching résumé most local academies can't touch — Assyriska FF, Sandhausen SV, Atalanta Primavera, Nervion. What's missing isn't more content. It's the plumbing that turns a follow, a like, or a DM into a booked training session, without adding another thing to Coach Ray's plate.

At North County Soccer Park, the path up is visible to every family who walks in. Kids come up through SISL, and the front fields — where Soro Futbol Academy trains — are the level they're working toward. Parents watch Coach Ray before they ever talk to him. They want their kid seen, hoping it earns an invite to come train. That's not a funnel we have to build from scratch — it's already happening in person, every week. Our job is to give it the same pull online that it already has on the field.
Coach Ray teaches the game the way it's meant to be played — and just as much, the way you carry yourself while playing it: respect for coaches and teammates, staying open to feedback, and resetting instantly after a good play or a bad one. Exactly what club coaches expect, and exactly what club-track kids need reinforced.
Coach Ray knows every name and makes every kid feel included from day one. Simple, but it's the reason parents describe Soro's as a place kids don't want to leave — not just a place they train.
Kids love Soro's. That's not a brand line — it's the reason the following already exists, before any of this marketing system goes live.

Think of a bike wheel. Your gateway page — the one with real programs and a booking button — is the hub. It's strong, and it's the one place a visitor actually becomes a booked session.
Every Instagram post, every email, every review is a spoke. Each one goes out to where a parent already is — their feed, their inbox, a Google search — and points back to the hub.
That's the difference from an ad: an ad stops the moment you stop paying. A spoke keeps earning attention for free, indefinitely — which is why Month 12 is worth more than Month 1. More spokes, all still pulling on the same hub.
Arrows show attention flowing back to the hub — every spoke feeds the same booking page.
This is our prep for this conversation, not a finished decision. Each pillar below is a category every future post, article, and email would ladder up to. Tell us which ones land, which don't, and what's missing — the full package builds out from whatever we agree on here.

💬 Discussion prompt: which 2–3 pillars should we build out first?Full pillar detail — content-idea examples, audience reasoning, and how each maps to the calendar — in the Blueprint → and the scored Production Backlog →.
Gateway landing page + booking flow live, real reviews collected and published, and the inquiry→booked-session sequence turned on. Posting begins 2–3×/wk from existing footage.
Lead-magnet guide live ("Is your athlete ready for Soro's?"), Pillar 02 drill-highlight cadence in rhythm, social to 3–4×/wk.
Club-Ready seasonal content timed to the next tryout window, first Community & Belonging piece, reporting loop live so we can see what actually books sessions.
Full 12–18 month sequence in the Blueprint; every item scored in the Production Backlog.
Illustrative, not a forecast. Conversion rates are industry-typical placeholders to show the shape of the funnel; we replace them with your real numbers as data comes in. The point: with capture and follow-up in place, the audience you already have starts producing booked sessions instead of unanswered DMs.
Pillars, calendar, and production-ready briefs — yours to run however you like. Clean handoff into execution later if you'd rather have it managed.
Full pricing detail and objection-handling in the Blueprint.
